Some key points for your luxury Ionian seaview villa holiday

• Maximum occupancy ten (10) and we can provide up to two cots for babies / fold up beds for younger children on request at no extra charge
• The main house sleeps eight (8). If your party is 9 or 10 adults please ask us for details of our additional on-site cottage.
• Smoking outside only
• Change over day is normally Sunday but we may be flexible outside July & August
• A 30% deposit secures your booking
• Balance due six (6) weeks before arrival date

Following post-pandemic feedback we’ve moved to a self-check in model. We send you a one-time key code to open the door on arrival after which you have access to normal keys for your stay.

We provide a selection of soft drinks, beer and two bottles of good Greek wine, plus tea, coffee (beans & instant), milk & sugar so there’s drinks ready for you on your arrival.

You’ll also find salt, pepper, olive oil & balsamic vinegar plus essentials like tinfoil, cling film, dishwasher tablets etc.

All your luxury linens and towels – including pool towels – are provided and are changed weekly, along with a full clean, for guests staying for more than week. We pride ourselves on the attention to small details to make you luxury Ionian seaview villa holiday absolutely perfect.

*- We are required to collect a €70/week “Environmental Tourism Tax on behalf of the Greek government (Law 5073/2023 (Government Gazette Α 204/11-12-2023) to help fund a more sustainable future for Greek tourism and protect these beautiful islands for future generations.

We can accommodate an extra two (2) guests in a beautiful cottage in the grounds of the main villa. Please add 15% to the above rates if you’d like to book this as well. Note: we do not rent the cottage by itself – if you book the main villa and not the cottage, the cottage will be empty during your stay.

If you’d like a 14 night stay please add together the price of the two consecutive weeks and deduct €500. A 14 night stay will include a mid-stay clean and change of linens and towels.

Whilst we obviously prefer to take bookings direct, we understand that you may be more comfortable booking through a major platform such as Airbnb, Holiday Lettings, VRBO or Booking.com. You’ll find us on all these platforms but not at the same prices. As far as is possible with the varying pricing tools they each offer, we set prices on these platforms to give us the same income net of their commission. It’s almost always the case therefore that these prices will be higher than those you get by booking direct. If you do find one with a price lower than our direct price (perhaps because we’ve forgotten to adjust our own price when one of these platforms applies an automated discount) then we will, as a minimum, match that price.
